Puppy has had at least 2 wormings and the first puppy shot at pickup.  The date of the puppy’s birth, parent’s names, wormings, and shot history will be provided at pick up and attached to this Sales Agreement.

Your puppy can be registered. Your registration application papers will be given to you when you pick up your new puppy.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to complete the form and mail it in with the required funds to the registering agency (CKC/AKC).

The puppy is sold with no known health conditions.  It is advisable to take your puppy to your Veterinarian as soon as possible.  If, within 30 days of pick up of your puppy, a licensed Veterinarian determines that your puppy has a birth defect or other problem that materially affects the quality of life of your puppy, a full refund of the amount paid for the puppy will be given provided the puppy is returned, at the buyer’s expense, to the breeder.  No reimbursement for the Veterinarian or other costs incurred relating to the puppy will be given.

No guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, are given by the breeder except those stated herein. By accepting this receipt, you agree to all terms stated within this agreement.
